AI Posters ("we", "us", "our") is a service that uses artificial intelligence to transform user-uploaded photographs into styled artwork. Physical products (prints, t-shirts, framed items) are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party print and fulfilment partners ("Fulfilment Partners"). By using this service, you agree to the terms set out on this page.
This page is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
All physical products are printed, packaged, and shipped by our Fulfilment Partners. We do not hold stock, handle products, or operate any warehouse or shipping facilities. Delivery timeframes, shipping methods, and packaging standards are determined by the relevant Fulfilment Partner.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Fulfilment Partners, postal services, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the Fulfilment Partner to resolve the issue, but our liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected item.
Because each product is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion, working with the relevant Fulfilment Partner.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the return being approved. Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
We use reasonable care in selecting our Fulfilment Partners, but we do not manufacture any physical products ourselves. Accordingly, we exclude liability for defects in manufacturing, print quality, or materials to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The quality of the final artwork depends on the resolution and quality of the photograph you upload. We do not guarantee specific results from the AI transformation process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We take your privacy seriously. We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to process your order (e.g. name, email address, delivery address, payment details).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with Fulfilment Partners and payment processors as necessary to complete your order.
We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our lawful basis for processing is contractual necessity (to fulfil your order) and legitimate interest (to improve our service).
Photos you upload are used solely for the purpose of generating your AI-styled artwork. We do not use your photos for training AI models, marketing, or any other purpose.
All uploaded photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 2 days of upload. We do not retain copies of your original photos or generated artwork beyond this period unless you explicitly request otherwise.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos you submit. Do not upload photos containing sensitive personal data of others without their consent. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates applicable law.
You retain all rights to the original photographs you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process it for the purpose of generating your artwork.
The AI-generated artwork is provided to you for personal and commercial use. We make no claim of ownership over the generated output.
This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK legislation.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were last made. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
